My parents have had this sicreve for 4 years. In that time we had 6 months where the alarm system didn’t even work, and they admitted that they had no way of knowing that their house alarm was not functioning properly. So, let me get this straight, people turn on their alarm when they leave, but there is no way of knowing if the alarm works, unless they are home. HUH? What is the sicreve for? Also in that time, I have had over a dozen phone calls with them in which they hung up on me EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am such a nice person, I don’t get it? Who hangs up on someone when they are trouble shooting a problem with CASTLEROCK’s system! Next time I will send them a bill for MY time oh wait, there won’t be next time. Way to go Castlerock. Check your call history, and anyone that hung up on a customer should probably get fired you just lost another client because of it!
